Who I am and what I do.

My goal is to help people with easy to use digital educational materials.

Currently my focus is on helping people get their business started. Most of what I do is for beginners and intermediate experienced people.

How I got my start into this.

When I tried to start my first REAL business, I ran in to a TON of very Frustrating problems.

Over and over I ran into one dead-end after another trying to get my small business started.

I spent a large amount of time and money trying to figure out something that “Should” be simple.

But it’s not!

Sure, there are a huge amount of web sites that provide horrible and fake “Business-systems” and products for sale that are nothing but a joke (FYI, there are a ton of outright scams on the internet, please be Careful!).

And there also many “garbage sites” and products that offer you only half of what you really need to know: “Oh you want the whole thing, you want the truth?…well cupcake…that will COST you a pile of money!” (big surprise).

During all this I kept finding scam after scam and along with those, a big pile of border-line questionable and unreliable stuff….when all I was looking for was some type of a simple and direct guide that could walk me through the process.

I spent a lot of time looking and did not find it, just a HUGE pile of red-herrings and other crap to empty my wallet.

Even many of the “Official” (government) sites are not very clear or easy to use. In fact, some of the most confusing directions I found are from some of the “Official” public sites.

I often wonder who writes their small business stuff. Don’t get me wrong, some of it is ok and usable, but I also found a good amount of it to be vague, UN-helpful and confusing.

This is “Why” I wrote The First Real Steps business eBook.

I was sick of the hot-air, lies and misleading nonsense out there.

All I really wanted was to get my small business up and running as an actual business. I wanted to make everything official, legitimate and on the record.

At first I was STUNNED at the vast wasteland of videos, tutorials and an unbelievable amount of “helpful” software (For only $195 a monthly subscription) that is out there!

In fact, I found so much garbage that I made the first chapter of my book about avoiding scams and the sketchy stuff that is out there.

Know this: Even if it looks “official” please do some research to verify that it is,or if it’s just another scam. The fakers out there are really good at fooling people! (The first chapter of my book explains this in more detail)

Yes, it’s critical to understand this!

During my search what I found was overwhelming and Sickening!

But I kept looking for a simple, basic guide of some sort but no such luck.

Later on I realized the reason why I could not find it….because it did not exist.

That book did not actually exist until I took my notes and what I had learned and turned that into an amazing eBook focused on helping others to avoid the huge hassle that I went through.

And now here I am writing an “About us” page for my eBook web site (I love the irony of coming full-circle with this!).

And now part of my business is writing eBooks to help people.

But let’s get real here, this is not actually about me, this is all about YOU!

Which is why I created The First Real Steps business book and why keep the prices on all of my products as low as possible.

Full disclosure: Why I must charge for my products.

I have to charge because I have to pay bills too. I have business expenses, site fees, hosting fees and other software monthly costs as well. But that’s it, I don’t have a huge office building and staff and all that to support.

It’s just me, Chris Smith, trying to help people and pay my bills.

So if you are looking for the usual “Gotcha!” or the strings-attached moment, you won’t find one because it’s not here.

Heck, I don’t even ask for your email address and no, I do not want it!

Please take Note: I cannot speak for the seller platforms that I use (Gumroad, and a few others) they might want an email address. However I have zero access to any of their data, I do not own, represent or control any of those companies. But so far they seem professional and good to use. I have no issues nor have I heard any complaints about them, for once I am very happy with how this is working out!

As a product seller on various platforms, all I can see is when I have sold something and some of the other basic info.

So, no worries, you will NOT be getting junk-mail from me!

All that I offer is inexpensive educational products and materials to help You to get on the right path so you can achieve your goals!

But why do any of this?….because I strongly believe that Positive action creates MORE positive actions, and that effects everybody at some point.
